You can monitor and troubleshoot products, minimizing hands-on interaction with the drive or protection device. And now, FE Connect offers even more interactive support via the app’s One-to-One™ tool. This new feature allows you to easily and securely give support team members temporary access privileges via one of two modes: Handoff for real-time programming access or View Only for read-only capabilities. It’s one more way Franklin Electric is supporting professionals so you can get on to the next job faster.
